Day 3

My phrase for the day was "you look really sweet."

I tried to hit Greenway Station, but there wasn't much going on there, so I went over to Hilldale.  I talked to a girl in Target.  She's a freshman in college that's studying to be a nurse.  I don't know why, but it seems like I've talked to a lot of nurses lately.  Not that I'm complaining.  Anyway, we talked for a bit, and I said that I liked talking to her and that it would be nice to meet up for coffee, so I asked for her number.  She declined, so I went on my way.

I had to go into work today to work on some stuff, so on the way in to work, I decided to try the Target on Junction, since I hadn't tried doing my challenge there yet.  I met a woman that works as a social worker at a hospital.  I talked to her for a bit, relating my time as a teacher to her job as a social worker, as they both are rewarding jobs that help people.  Then I said that I had to get going, but that I'd like to talk to her again.  I asked for her number.  She said that she was seeing someone, so I said that it's cool, I just like meeting people.  She gave me her number.

That makes it two numbers in 3 days of doing the challenge.  I'm on pace to do really well this month.  That motivates me to get out there and do this more and keep the challenge going.  I can't wait for tomorrow!
